We offer a preschool learning environment for children ages 3, 4, and 5 years old.

Parents may choose 2, 3 or 5 morning schedules from 9-11:30 am. We open at 8:00 am and can offer early arrival times for $6.00. The rates for 2 mornings is $110.00 a month for 9 months, 3 mornings is $125.00 and 5 mornings is $175.00. Missed days due to illness and/or snow days can be made up.

Our rooms are designed and divided into learning centers and we offer a child-centered, play-based curriculum. We feature a topic and a book each month in each age group. We coordinate many enrichment activities and literature based choices to enhance these topics. A unique feature of our program is take home literacy bags. Our child/staff ratio is one adult to 7 children in the older classes, and one adult to 6 children in the younger groups.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

We also offer extended enrichment classes such as ballet, music, tumbling and baseball.  These are held after the regular class time for an additional fee. On Thursdays and Fridays, we offer Play Days from 11:30 to 1:30 pm. After class and with a sack lunch, a child may stay for 1 or 2 hours for $6.50 an hour. This gives the parents a chance to make appointments or do some shopping.

In addition to our nursery school program, twice a year we offer "T" Time for Toddlers, who are accompanied by an adult. The class is from 9:15-9:45 am on either Tuesday or Wednesday for seven weeks.

The Nursery School has a tee shirt ministry. The newborn shirts have Westbrook Park Nursery School on the front and one is given to each new baby born in the church and/or in the Nursery School. Isabella Mercedes Lane shows off her new shirt.

Our staff is very experienced and well educated. The Westbrook Park Nursery School Position Statement is as follows:

We are a group of Early Childhood Professionals dedicated to young children. We provide a safe nurturing environment where each child can explore his/her creativity and develop socially, mentally, and physically. All children are entitled to these opportunities.

We believe the development of each child is a joint effort between the parent/guardian and the nursery school staff.
